Security
All EnergyNet Data Center racks have lockable front and rear access doors. Single server customers must be accompanied by an EnergyNet representative to have the rack housing their equipment unlocked. All customers with quarter, half and full rack packages, as well as all customers with caged spaces, will have a key to their rack and can access their racks 24/7 without an EnergyNet representative.
Connectivity
Each package receives 2 Mbps of base connectivity. Additional bandwidth is available up to OC48. Billing for connectivity can be set up on a flat rate, or on a usage-based or percentile-based plan.
Power Options
Each quarter, half and full rack comes with dual, independent 120VAC/20 amp power feeds. 230 VAC power is also available upon request.
